Booklovers' Shop

Located just inside the front doors of the Central Library, The Booklovers' Shop is a convenient place to relax, have a snack and browse a great selection of used books at bargain prices.

The Shop offers a variety of drinks, pastries, candy and snack foods, as well as on-the-go lunches, like pre-made sandwiches and microwave meals. And of course, there's coffee, cappuccino, espresso and other specialty beverages.

But the best part of The Shop is the used books!  It contains hundreds of books you will want to read, all donated and all at prices which will amaze you!  Regular hardbacks from $1.00, current best sellers as low as $5.00.  Murder, Mystery, Science Fiction and Romance.  Health, Diet, History and many more more categories!  Lots of Children's books and Classics.   

All previously read, but still containing the same wonderful stories and information. A great way to stock up for that long trip, days lounging at the beach or evenings in front of the fireplace!

We also have a collection of used books-on-tape and books-on-CD, used DVDs, CDs, and music cassettes.

You will also find new Book bags, note cards, postcards and a few Greensboro souvenirs.  We carry a few new books from current or previous Author Visits sponsored by the Greensboro Public Library.  And we have new books on Greensboro and our great library.
