Located just inside the front doors of the Central Library, The Booklovers Shop is a convenient place to relax, have a snack and browse a great selection of gently used books at bargain prices.

The Shop offers a variety of drinks, pastries, candy and snack foods, as well as on-the-go lunches, like pre-made sandwiches and microwave meals. And of course, there's coffee, cappuccino, espresso and other specialty beverages.

But the best part of The Shop is the Used Book Section!  It contains hundreds of books you will want to read, All the books for sale in the Booklovers Shop are donated and all at prices which will amaze you!  Regular hardbacks from $2.00, current best sellers as low as $5.50.  There are Mystery, Science Fiction, Murder and Romance novels, as well as Health, Diet, History and many other categories!  Lots of Children's books and Classics are for sale at unbelievable prices. 

Most are previously read, but still contain the same wonderful stories and information. A great way to stock up for that long trip, days lounging at the beach or evenings in front of the fireplace!

We also have a collection of used books-on-tape and books-on-CD, used DVDs, CDs, and music cassettes.

You will also find new tote bags, greeting cards, postcards and even a few Greensboro souvenirs and new books with photos and history about Greensboro and the our library.

All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Greensboro Public Library and help support the Greensboro Public Library.
